My 100 days of Making Do. The no buying any ‘new’ (to me) fabric, or yarn, or patterns, and Making Do with what I already had.
Blown out of the water.
And I blame the Vintage Bazaar and their ‘jumble’ special that took place in Frome last weekend.
I only went to browse, and take some pictures.
But somehow I came home with this little lot…
It’s soooo soft! And there’s lots of it, so I might actually be able to make more than a Granny Square 😉
More yarn-oooops! But again, lots of the same colour. I’m thinking maybe a cardi..?
I totally LOVE the colours and pattern on these curtains, and I’m thinking of another shift dress? But I’m worried it might be a bit sweaty-check out the polyester/viscose mix-no naked flames….!
This piece of Liberty fabric-so pretty! NO idea what to make with it. But it’s so pretty. And did I say it was Liberty?
This Romeo and Juliet limited edition Oxfam tea-towel!
I do have a project in mind for this…
And check out the lovebirds…
Some thread. In my defence, I do actually need some.
So really, what is a girl to do when presented with retro and vintage awesome-ness, at knock-down prices…?!
